I don't think I've mentioned this here, but about a month ago I started to create and model looks for Pure Fusion Makeup . I absolutely love doing it. She sends me makeup and all I need to do is play with it and take pictures of the final results.
Now, anyone who knows me, knows I love doing makeup and tend to think of it as simply another form of painting, so this experience has been positively fun.
Here are a couple of the looks I've created so far...
It really is a ton of fun and I LOVE the makeup. It stays on well, the colors are perfectly vibrant and is all 100% pure minerals made naturally from the earth without any cheap fillers, chemicals, synthetic dyes, parabens, preservatives or bismuth. (<--I took that straight from her shop announcement!)
I feel like this has turned into a bit of a sales pitch... oops. That's not the point! The point is, I love doing this. It's fun and creative.
P.S. She is out of Terrace B.C. as well, which makes it even cooler since that is just a hop over the mountains from the neck of the woods I grew up in.

Friday Favorites - Leather and Lace
I've never done Friday Favorites before, but there are a couple items on etsy have fallen in love with.
Can you tell that I absolutely adore both leather and lace? I think the majority of my favorites on etsy are made with those two materials, or fur.

Forest Fae
I finally got to have a photoshoot with my skirt. I am pretty pleased with how it turned out, plus it was a ton of fun to see my cohort Sylvia again.
Doesn't she look lovely?
Traipsing around Nose Hill Park in four inch heels and covered in mosquitoes is even fun when in good company. Of course afterward we marching into Seven-Eleven for slurpees which was pretty fantastic after the muggy weather.
