Creative Stitches and Crafting Alive

So my sister Hilda from Handmadetherapy  and I went to the Creative Stitches and Alive show yesterday. She already blogged about it (You can read about it Here)  but I thought I should too!

I don't really know what possessed me to think it was a good idea to get up at 7:00am on a Saturday, and then proceed to walk around all morning on a fractured ankle... but I did. And it WAS a GOOD idea. It was so much fun! I got some absolutely gorgeous fabrics that I want to play around with and see what I can make, as well as a good deal of pretty beads for a super bargain!

I am so excited to start making things!

Speaking of excited... in about 15 minutes the ladies from the Alberta Team should start arriving for our get together/craft night. Super excited over that too! <3

    Nice necklace ;) hope I can pull it off... Looks like fun, my fabric stash is pretty weak, I could use an event like that!
